Students who begin their college educations at Anne Arundel Community College (AACC), The Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC), Montgomery College (MC), Howard Community College (HCC) or Prince George’s Community College (PGCC) with plans to transfer to UMBC to complete a four-year degree may be eligible to participate in the Transfer Student Alliance (TSA) Program.
