Once your application for admission is received and processed, you may view the status of your application online by selecting the "Check Your Admission Application Status" link from your myUMBC portal. The myUMBC portal provides a streamlined way to access your academic, professional and personal information and to engage with the rest of the UMBC community.
Instructions on how to access your myUMBC account are provided in your Application Acknowledgement Email. This email is sent to the address provided on the application. Please be sure to remember your myUMBC username and password. Should you forget your password, you can reset it.

* Please note that there will be a substantial processing time for paper applications. During peak periods, students applying by hardcopy should expect to receive acknowledgement approximately two to four weeks after submission of the application.
