2025 CSEE Research Day

The Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering invites community members, including prospective students, to join us for the 2025 CSEE Research Day at UMBC’s South Campus. This event serves as a celebration of selected research accomplishments from 2024–2025 by UMBC faculty, staff, and students in the Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, representing the following fields: computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, AI, cybersecurity, and data science. There will be free lunch and an invited talk by Dr. Maksim Eren (Los Alamos National Lab), UMBC PhD 2024. Learn more and RSVP at the link below.

UMBC Piano Day

The UMBC Department of Music invites prospective students to the 2024 Annual UMBC Piano Day! This event is FREE and open to all pianists, friends, family, and colleagues.

Meet our piano faculty, perform in or observe masterclasses, and hear faculty and students perform in our Linehan Concert Hall.

UMBC Woodwind Day

The UMBC Department of Music invites prospective students to participate in the 2024 Annual UMBC Woodwind Day! This event is FREE and open to all flute, oboe, clarinet, saxophone, and bassoon players, friends, family, and colleagues.

Throughout the day, participants can meet and perform with our faculty, perform in or attend master classes, and get a head start on their honors ensemble audition music. This is a terrific opportunity to meet the woodwind faculty of UMBC! We look forward to having you with us for a day of music, food, fun, and all things woodwinds!
